Exposure from West African prostitute? Help!

I moved down to Nigeria about a year ago. Got a little carried away two nights ago by a really hot local girl. I couldn't really resist so i took her home for a fee. We had protected sex. She was wearing some stupid necklace thing around her waist which had tiny beads all around. I went from behind and doggy-styled for a bit but i think i was pulling too hard with my right index on her back and i think i cut it in the process while rubbing that necklace. It was a minor cut but some blood did come out. Never really noticed though. I kept going until i came. Pulled my penis out, made sure that nothing was ripped and with my left hand, i rolled the condom out. I then held the tip of the condom (where the entrance is) with my right hand to tie a knot so that no sperm would come out. It was then that i saw the cut (a little blood was there) on my index and i freaked out! I don't remember if i had touched the possibly infected part of the condom with my cut index but what if i did. BTW, i never fingered the girl. Please guys/doctors, i need your help. Basically, I'm worried that my freshly cut index came in contact with vaginal fluids that were on the outside layer of the condom. Assuming she's HIV positive of course, am i at risk?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

You didn't have an exposure.

Thanks so much Teak!

Let me just recapitulate.  An open bleeding wound coming in contact with vaginal fluids will not put me at risk, right?

Regards,

Rob

Wouldn't have mattered if you touched it or not, you didn't have a risk.
