tests done in Africa reliable ?

hi,guys ,i have severe axiety and panic attack since i am worried about this hiv thing.i am now.in South.Africa ,capital,johnesburg . I have taken hiv 4th gen elisa tests at 6weeks,7weeks and 90days . non-reactive.not that i think africa is not advanced or.something else .i am just too afraid .the lab people cant.really answer my questions.so my questions as follow:
1.are my tests conclusive ?
2.could south africa quipments less advanced ?
3.I took tests in a lab called the Lancet Laboratories,anyone can tell me is this a reliable lab?
4.can I have sex with my.partner without worries now?

Your 4th gen is conclusive and therefore you should believed it.what its more convincing is that you have repeated those test 3 times and duo test are very sensitive test.

Hiv test espcially 4th gen test which test for p24 antigen and antibody are one of the most sensitive test.
I am sure the test you have done in south africa are as the same as through out the world.
If south africa isnt advanced in the hiv testing then they wouldnt have the 4th gen hiv test that you had earlier.
thanks a lot .lin ,really good to see ur reply . i just wanna know what is the possibility of the false negative?thamaks a lot ,this will.be my last question . as a chiense girl,this is my firat time living in a foreign country and this axiety is killing me .my engljsh is limited ,and i.cant now.fly bavk to my.home country emmediatly coz of my job responsibility herre..i just really wanna know could there be any chance for false negative and should i go for a new lab to take more test ?
