touch blood and then touch my eye

Dear Experts

Yesterday I touched some blood on a bus. But I don't know, I touched my eye ,then I find the blood on my finger. Is There a risk? Thank you.

Now, I also ask the professional mental help from the doctor. But I think ,if the comment is a confirmed scientic comment, then I didn't need mental help. I can move on.

Now I concerned too much about HIV. I am afraid enviromental contamination. When I rend the item 2, I am very glad. If it is a comment confirmed by scientist , I will move on and without any anxious. That is why I ask help. Forgive for my repeated question. Thank you.

I am too anxious now ,and concerned too much about HIV. In the artichle the ITEM 2, which state the Vulnerability of Virus. I first time read this comment. I tried to find more details about it.
