transmission & testing

first I would like to thank you and everybody in MEDHELP you are really an angels..
I know my questions is answered before somehow and you will maybe feel bored of answering same things every while. but please know that the person when he get answer for his own case it makes him feel better.
I have 3 questions and thank you again
1- what is my odds to infect with HIV after one time unprotected sex ( penile vaginal sex) with unknown status women?
2- I tested negative 13 weeks after the incident, do you think it is confirm (during last 5 month I had sore throat and two days fever diarrhea and some headache nothing else of the HIV symptoms - I mean as what usually happening to me from time to time).
3- are the people who tested positive in the rare cases after six months are the people who are on drugs and who is taking medicine constantly such as the cancer patients and the people with some specific illness ?

I have to get tested mandatory next 2 weeks for some job - and I have wife i return to my normal sexual life with her after the 13 weeks test. very very concern
thank you again

I don,t know but sorry if I post my question twice

You have a conclusive test result and don't need further testing.
