warning: care about risk assesment of mutual masturbation

taken from a  formal (government ) site
(http://cnls.lanl.gov/~rajan/AIDS-india/MYWORK/qHOWGET.html)

"Sometimes two people can carry out the same acts as in masturbation and excite each other. This is called mutual masturbation. This behavior does carry a small risk of HIV infection if bodily fluids of one person (who is infected with HIV) are rubbed against or come in contact with the genitals or mouth of their sexual partner."

in medhelp it is said that mutual amsturbation does not involve risk but as in the above and many formal site
experts say it involves a "smal"  risk and hence expert seniors muts be careful in  explanation in such exposures.
