what are the chances that i contracted hiv?

1. my first encounter was on december 2011. condom protected(vaginal). but it broke and we immediately changed it right away. i perform oral sex with her and vice versa. i took hiv elisa test(philippines, don't know if it 4th generation) 1month post exposure on january2012. and it is negative. again i took rapid test at 2month post exposure. negative. i know i need a retest at 3month and 6month. but what are my chances that i'm negative?

2. first week of march unfortunately, i had sex with my new gf. unprotected. because i guess i'm safe with my post exposure last december 2011. 2 weeks after. i had cold. coughing with some yellow phlegm. now.. i don't know if i got infected by her and that are the symptoms.. or i'm now really because of my post exposure last december.. because of the cough that is 1 week now. i took amoclav, the doctor gave it to me. yet i produce chest pain mostly whenever i'm coughing. so i don't know if it is because of the amoclav or the coughing..

thank you so much whoever doctor answers these. God bless you! :)
