I went and got an hiv test done at the seven week mark, Its says negative and says test doen by enzyme immunoassay and specificity 99.3% and sensitivity 100% i have read the percentages and it says that ninety five percent of the test that turn postive will turn so in the seven week period. I would like to know if this applies to the test i did i am in srilanka. Also what does specificity and sensitivity mean
thanks you
