Last night in Hong Kong, I met two girls, I remember one of them was trans but the other must been gay, she was sitting in my living room. Both of them were from Thailand, when I have seen the girl in my bed was trans, I fall sleep and didn’t do anything with her. How about if the other gay one had anus sex with me, how would I know, I was drunk? Please help, what can I do now?

Wow is all I can say. Wow. I'm not familiar with medical practice in the East Asia, but let's face it, it's 2009, I think everything is pretty much as standard all over the world as it would be in America and Europe... PEP?!?! Is he serious?! I can understand if you actually were raped, but let's face it, you would VERY WELL know if something happened down there. 

This doctor has no clue what he was talking about. Don't even waste your time with the PEP if nothing happened.
