which test when?

28 days post exposure to vaginal blood on hand. washed with soap and water.  no obvious open cuts or sores but dry, cracked, winter skin.   headache (possibly due to very high blood pressure?)  neck feels swollen but can't feel any swollen glands. need to test ASAP.  stress level off the chart.  which test is most accurate the soonest? PCR DNA is seen on lots of lab sites.  desperate...thanks for any and all help!  God Bless

I didn't mention that I also washed with alcohol after the soap and water.  The alcohol stung.
Was skin still intact?   I'm having alot of neck discomfort, almost feels like my neck is "thick" so of course I'm convinced I have swollen glands and am in seroconversion stage.  Testing tomorrow at 28 days.

Your situation is not a risk for HIV infection. HIV is not transmitted through blood contact with skin of any condition.

You never had an exposure and don't need testing.
