who spread it

if you had sex with two people and both were hiv positive is there a way to test their blood to see which one gave you the virus.

If you suspect such a thing, call your local or state health department and discuss it with them. This is their responsibility, not yours.

the reason i ask is mostly based on a person that has the disease and is malisiously spreading the disease to others and if they denied giving you the disease but did it intentionally then if you called the cops how could they prove that person passed it on to you say in a case of rap or something like that.

Probably not, and I really don't see that it matters. Conceivably this could be done, but the required testing is complex and expensive, involving testing of both potential source partners as well as your own virus. This would require a research lab. And most such clinics or labs probably would not be interested in doing it.
