Well they said that cd is out of control and they had alot of exp inthe matter and that 3 mouths was conclusive

What did they say? I am UK based and can't afford an international telephone just for curiosity.

I guess they said:

"3 months post exposure is the window period for a definitive negative HIV test" Fact.
