worried about my negative HIV test

Hello Nursegirl,
i hope you not mad about writing u to you inbox
after looking at your professional answers and discussion, i tend to ask you a common question, maybe for you is common but i still would love to head your answer.

im a 24 male....in beginning may 2012 i had a non protected relationship with a girl that i started to date ( refering to her she was still virgin, she claimed to be clean...she went out state but we kept in touch) later on been on a serious relationship with my actual girlfriend that we no longer use condoms since mid may untill present, she also claimed clean and already tested, but my fear didn't let me believe her... but our last sex activity was on 14th july. i had no pain no symptoms that would makes me feel worried, but still i got freaked out after ive heard some stories from ppl. so i did some blood work with an HIV test with LAPCORP thru my Familly Doctor on 3rd august 2012...
3 days later i got the result from my doctor who told me that my results are Negative writen as follow; 1< relative to the negative cutoff.... non reaction
so its been about 13 weeks since my 1st relation and 11 weeks since my second relation.

i went back to the doctor asking him about all my blood work that i already had and my HIV and he confirmed me that im healthy

i kept stressed myself about the window period and how reliable are LABCORP regarding the test that i had  withing the time of exposure ( from both partners ) and how i can be sure that im 100% HIV free?????

also i would love to know if the period from mid May till now is enough to give an accurate result from LAPCORP?????

one last question in July i started a dermatologist treatment for my Alopecia ( loss hair ) and used to put a liquide on hair loss spot now my hair is growing up...is that treatment would change any HIV test result and gives a false negative ?

hope to get some help
thank you

Why WOULD you ask her again?  Don't you trust what she is telling you?

i asked the other girl that i been with her 4 months ago to get tested, she has a physical tomorrow and she said she gonna ask her doctor to check everything even, i think her results will make me feel a little bit better.
about my fiance i still don't know how i can ask her again if she already told me that she been tested and had a check up on April

If you are concerned about her status have her test. You are conclusively negative.

Your negative doesn't tell you anything about her status.

NO.

if she is positive, she would pass me the virus while ago before 3 month, as we no longer put condoms since April,so i don't suspect her cheating on me
my last sex activity with her was on 14 of july and i did the test on 3rd august, but as i said we been together for 6 month,i can't ask her anymore because she got mad at me last time

so do you think even after all this period i might be in a risk ?

If your last test was 3 months post your last unprotected sex with her you don't have a concern.

hello Im back again to thank you for your support, just wondering about something i would love to mention it here:

while ago when i started to worry about my sexual relationship with my girlfriend,
we been having sex most of times with no condoms 5 months ago so
i asked her many time if she was clean until one day she got mad at me, that happened same time with the other girl, so as i consider myself a clean person, are they clean too like they say?

I already gave you the correct advice--12 weeks is conclusive--there is no need to test after this period.

thank you all for your help...
i have one last question:
i recently got a bludder infection( been over a month with no sexual activity, and 7 weeks since my blood work and STDs test  )all came negative
so i wonder if there is a possible way that the infection would be still from a sexual transmission or any of other std that didn't been detected on the test?
