worried about rare strains

Dear helpers,
I'm a guy from Guangzhou, China. In my cities there are over tens of thousands of west African immigrants, and I lived near an African community.
I have been to a brothel in a motel several times these 2 years. The last time my condom broke and exposed my penis to her vaginal fluid for several minutes. And I followed the dr's advice to get tested 3 months post exposure, and it's negative.
However, I had ARS-like symptoms at the first month after that condom failure, and have had several fungal infections that I never had before, at different part of my body, and each time it took very long to be cured. This makes me suspicious of some undetectable diseases. Later I found HIV n & p groups are prevalent in west Africa, and those African immigrants visited the brothel frequently.... I think it's possible that I was infected by the CSW, who had been infected with rare strains.
I turned to many dr for help but most of them even never heard of such groups, let alone giving me clear answer on whether they can be detected by the tests available. Now I am extremely regretted and anxious, never been so helpless.....
As my symptoms are coming one by one, my health is getting worse. What's your opinion about my problem?

3 months is still conclusive for rare strains. Go speak to your Dr about it.
