worried about swollen lymph nodes after exposure

Hi dear Doctors and moderators let me describe my exposure.
03.12.2017-- I had protected vaginal intercourse.
12.01.2018 -- I had protected vaginal with a sex worker. The mistake I did is I used two condoms. I had intercourse/oral .after finishing I couldn't find any break in condom. 10.02.2018-- only  protected oral no vaginal
05.02.2018-- protected oral
12 .02.2018-- only protected oral no vaginal. I used two condoms every time.. luckily it didn't break. this was my exposure..
I had an antibody test on 15 .02.2018 which was negative. on 10.03.2018 I had one lymph node swollen below right side of my neck while is not visible enough but can be felt by touching.. and I have a time swelling behind ear and one on the left groin . I am very much worried about double bagging
1. Am I in risk for HIV?
2. If I get tested at 10th week will it be conclusive?
3. Will my test turn positive?
4. Can anyone get hiv symptoms after 8 weeks of exposure?
5. Can HIV spread through oral sex?
6. How will the swollen lymph nodes appear related to ars?

The only question that matters is question #1, and the answer is no - you had ZERO risk for HIV.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

If you don't do either of those activities, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.  Nothing else you can think of, including the events you described, is a risk for HIV.   You had NO RISK and you do not need a test at all - your test will never turn positive.

Next time, do not use more than one condom.  Using 2 condom increases the risk that a condom will break, due to friction.

Josh I understand what your going thru. Just remember one thing always wear a condom no matter What! Your fears are driving you crazy which I totally understand because I've been in your shoes. I had to order an oraquick hiv test for myself to find out my status since living in Saudi Arabia isn't std testing friendly here like in other countries. You start to Google symptoms of hiv and then all of a sudden you have it in your mind. Please stop that. I understand that an antibody test is like 85% accurate at 5 wks and between 10 to 12 wks should be conclusive. I'm not a doctor nor a scientist but this info is what I've gathered from these forums and others alike. Stay safe and use condoms.

Thank you Ebigdaddy34. Sure.. I'll continue to use condoms if I engage in sexual activities.but i have decided to put an end to these kind of sexual activities. Hope the test result at 12th week will be negative. And I'll never be in these kind of activities after the negative result.

Hey Josh it's my understanding that you can't get hiv from protected oral and vaginal sex. I've also been told here in these forums if you were exposed, which I don't think you were, after 8 wks if tested negative I think you should be ok. I'm also going thru a scare myself and have been giving advice here that I didn't have an exposure. Just keep using condoms at all cost.

So a jockitch/rash is not an active place for transmission right? I have heard that any inflammation in skin increases the risk for hiv transmission. That is why I posted that question. Im really scared I have a swelling below my jaw..30 days after the last oral exposure. Lost my sleep for almost a week.

Josh the only way hiv can get thru the skin is if you had an active open wound. Besides from what I've been told in these forums once the virus is exposed to the air, meaning outside of the body, the virus almost immediately dies. It cannot survive outside the body.

I forgot to mention.. I had jockitch in the groin at the time of exposure. Will it increases the risk of hiv?
1. What if the vaginal secretions touched the jockitch area?
2. What if while receiving blowjob the saliva of the sex worker touched the inflamed region?
Please answer.. I'm expecting one of the moderators or experts to answer

Please re-read the ONLY two ways you can get HIV.  Oral is not one of them.  Any test you take is reliable and conclusive since you had ZERO RISK for HIV.  There isn't anything more to say about your events.

Thank you people for your immediate response. I have another question.. if the condom would have broke due to latex- latex friction.. will it be visible enough to notice?? I won't engage in these activities here after and won't use two condoms

Yes- when a condom bursts or rips, it is very noticeable.  They are designed to fail in a way that is obvious.
