worried sick

I have had oral sex with a guy, he came in my mouth but i spit out, i know it was stupid im not sure what his hiv status is but some are saying he is positive. That was mor then 3 months ago... after that i have noticed my these white spots slimy looking spots at the back of my throat and cheeks my gums have also been sore and bleeding. my tongue is also very white and also had big red spots on my tongue but that was last years almost a year before this guy. It only lasted for like a few days and went away. i went to a doctor that said it was nothing serious and gave me meds almost like a sweet to suck on that dissolve in my mouth. That has helped my gums are not sore anymore and dont bleed. But the white spots are still at the back if my throat. I must point out that after i had the sores on my tongue my tongue have that rough feeling. Im not sure if it is normal. I did go for Hiv test and it was negative... but now after this guy i havent gone and im worried out of my mind. but thats the only symptoms i have white slimy spots at the back of my throat and cheeks, sore and bleeding gums (that went away) but still have the white spots at the back of my throat. I also have this red small pinkish pimple on my arm for two weeks now it wont go away so im very very very worried. My skin have been itching but i always had very dry itchy skin. My doctor also looked at the pimple and said it was nothing. But i am very worried now. Please help i need advuce could this be serious, could it be hiv related? Do i need to worry? Cause im stressing out about this and it is affecting my day to day life... is any of this related to any std's my doctor said no and didnt even bother with test. but now im worried please help

If you are concerned about your symptoms see your doctor, they have nothing to do with HIV.

Hey there thank you so much for your response, im really scared because people say he is positive but im not sure. I have to go get test done i guess... my gums are not sore anymore and are not bleeding anymore but i still have these white spots. i have noticed when i think of it i start to itch so i dont know if that is just stress, because im really depressed about this i dont even go out anymore. I did use a anti bacterial soap on the small bumb/pimple on my arm and its going away. But i am still freaked out and scared because i have these simptoms in my mouth.

No HIV risk but you should test for more common STDs--all the best.
