If you are forced that is not a democracy. You don't want to get into discussion with me on Africia. If Africa was so up on HIV why are you posting on a US based website? Wouldn't you think Africa would have their own websites and forums to deal with HIV?
i dont think it has anything to do with democracy, we have democracy here as well, lol, OMG. the hiv rates and aids rates here are the highest in the world, to protect the future and the children we do this so that kids can be born hiv free. I cant believe u dont see the sense in making this compulsory?
i am surprised as to why it isnt compulsory in America, if a woman is hiv positive, she may pass it on to the child and cause hell for that child, if tested early during pregnancy, treatment can reduce the chances of her passing it to the child. If it werent compulsory here, so many children could have hiv now
in america right, i am from africa and it is compulsory, lol, by law, lol. If a woman is pregnant she MUST be tested for hiv. It is just so different how things work here.
they didnt test your wife/u for hiv when she/u was pregnant, wow, i thought that was compulsory nowadays. anyway, the only way to know is to get tested, but highly unlikely
