29 with a body of an 80 yr old.

I am so happy to know that I am not the only one on this horrid journey of RA. I have been diagnosed for almost 5 years and seem to have it worse. I have it in every joint and also feel the pain of not being able to walk on really bad days, today def being one of them. Is there any advice that anyone could give to get through this?

I see that I have also gotten into depression.. asking myself.. WHY ME?
