Any questions about or experiences with EFT?

People with chronic stress and pain often need another tool in our toolbox in order to start feeling better.  EFT is a complementary technique which works with all other treatment modalities for pain relief.  It might just be what you need to jumpstart what you are already doing.

If anyone here is curious about EFT, or if you have tried it and want to report back, this is a safe place to ask questions or to talk about your experience with EFT Tapping.

EFT involves tapping on a few acupressure points while thinking about the pain and stress.  It is easy to learn and start doing yourself, and brings relief to many who try it.  You can search the internet for EFT and find guides, manuals, youtube videos and other ways to learn about EFT.

I have completely relieved my own back pain and have helped people with varying degrees of back pain, arthritis, digestive pain, and other pain and stress issues.  The method is based on a totally different way of thinking about the reasons for pain. It is interesting to learn about and it works for many people.

Yes, with EFT you start to work on one issue and often another issue gets resolved:)

The pain takes a bit longer to resolve than the emotional issues, but EFT can probably help you get over your pain also.  Sometimes you need another person, or an EFT Practitioner to help.

Good luck on the weight loss.

I love EFT!!!  It is fantastic - I still have my pain, but it has helped me work through some pretty tough emotional issues, and I'm currently using it as a tool for my weight loss.  :-)
