96 hrs after head injury. Assessed in A&E at 48hrs post injury.....

I received a pretty sharp blow to my head, from a fall, 96 hours ago. After 48 hours I was assessed in A&E. My main concerns were feeling (not being) sick, sensitivity to light, seeing spots and head ache. After the nurse checked my eyes, movement and reactions I was told to take pain killers and return if symptoms worsen. So now we 96hours down the line.... my symptoms are certainly not worse. They have improved to a certain degree (marginally). But I fear as they didnt actually do any head scans I dont really know when/ if ever is appropriate to return.
