Can I be suffering from long term concussion or worse

2years ago I was struck by a sub and was placed on life support for 2days .a brain scan was done but showed no damage. That was followed by having a titanium for inserted in my shattered right femur. The next day I had rode and nuts and bolts out in my back along my spinal cord which was broken in 5places.  My neck was broken in 3places and I had 5broken ribs   a punctured lung and a severe concussion.  I'm back to walking with a limp and need a cane for support when walking but recently havens having a balance problem and even talking down alot. Light headaches. Some dizziness when trying to sleep and often forget things from my last and forget where I was talking about a hour earlier. All of this makes me angry and iretable. I've also been told that I have severe ptsd
