Is this a Brain Tumor? URGENT

Just recently I'v been having sharp pains in the back of my head, light headness.  I also have a slight confusion thing going on. some slight memory problems.  at times I feel lost and confused.

I did have a big head injury when I was like 13 ( I fell on the back of my head in a ice skating ring kinda hard)  but now I'm 16.  and that is really the only major thing I can think of.

when I touch the back of my head in a certain way it feels like some one is thrusting a knife into the back of my head (not that hard though lol)  I have some slight problems swallowing and  it feels like I have to struggle to talk but I CAN talk but it feels like I'm pushing my self to talk. feels like Im going to pass out.

I am worried if this is some kind of Brain Tumor.  I hope it's just some  Nerv being pinched or hyper tension so that way I can get it fixed and there we go.

Please give me some Advice, I feel kinda lossed lol

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
In all probability the symptoms are due to a compression of the spinal nerves in the cervical spine region. This can happen due to overuse of computers, work involving straining of neck, herniated disc, canal stenosis, bone disease, spondylosis, poor posture etc. A MRI of the cervical spine and nerve conduction studies may be required. Please consult a neurologist. The treatment is to remove the compression. You have to discuss the best treatment option with a neurologist, which can range from medication to physiotherapy to traction, cervical collars or even surgery. Take care!

What you have sounds like general anxiety. I have the same issues. Sharp pain in head. slurred speech. etc...
Worrying about having a tumor can cause strange things to happen in your body. Take it from someone who used to struggle with the fear of health problems all the time.
If you dont feel like you're getting any answers though you can always discuss it with your doctor.
Just spend one day not worrying about it. See what happens. It sounds hard to do that, but it does work.
