Should I go back to the er with a concussion that doesn't feel it's improving?

I fell 4 days ago and hit my head. I slept over 17 hrs that day and another 16 the next. I finally went to the er when my headache got too bad and I kept sleeping. I explained the numbness in my feet and headache and exhaustion and was diagnosed with a concussion. Since going home from the er my symptoms are not improving. I sleep all the time and my headache is getting worse and not responding to meds. My vision keeps getting blurry even going completely black and my feet still have numbness that isn't going away. I'm very dizzy and feel flushed. Upon looking into the mirror I noticed I'm extremely pale. I keep falling asleep and I keep feeling the need to vomit though nothing is coming up. I'm considering going back to the er but do not want to waste time or resources.
