What would cause a pop in my head?

I heard a pop in my head yesterday after pressing on a bump I found a bit above my temple on the right side of my head. I didn't have any pain, but my head felt very weird and there was a lot of pressure and not sure if that was due to me panicking about it or not. There's also a bigger bump on the back of my head on the same side but a tiny bit above my hairline. I now feel very weird today like there's pressure all over my face like my nose, eyes and temple area. Is this something serious?

Has anything happened since you wrote this?  Very interesting!  We can get cysts on the back of your head and that is what I'd suspect this was.  Most cysts don't hurt but if they get big enough, they can. You could also have a scalp lipoma. That's a fatty tumor (non cancerous).  These can get painful and can be near nerves and blood vessels.  That very likely could be what was going on too.  I'd not say it is anything serious but would get it checked out.  Have you yet or is this resolved?
