MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
It is difficult to say whether your symptoms are due to concussion or traumatic brain injury. It is very important to consult a doctor and get complete neurological assessment. The symptoms can also be due to trigeminal nerve injury or trigeminal neuralgia. It can also be a pressure on the upper cervical spinal nerve. Please do not drive and move out of the house alone. Also, it is advisable not to live alone until you get this investigated completely. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
