ANY HEALTHY SANKS?

Hi, i'm asking this because all the afternoons i don't know what to eat and i'm here because i want to know some of healthy snaks.

Plenty of healthy snacks you could eat. Yogurt, nuts, any kind of fruit, and veggies like celery, grapes, apples. Keep in mind portion because of sugar in fruits, but its natually added. I have heard and trying on my own to eat small several times a day. Like if you grapes and an hour later you eat something else. Pretzel thins and wheat thins are good too, but check nutrional panel.
