I have found that this trick has definitely helped me eat much healthier!
I search for healthy alternatives of my favourite foods, my kids and I looooove cereal, but one look at the back and it was back to oatmeal!
My trick is searching how to make my favourites foods healthier, I found a recipe for cinnamon corn puff cereal
and it's bloody delish!!
I now have to make a double batch and hide some from the kids! Its has also helped us save a fair bit of money on breakfast, we seemed to empty those cereal boxes so fast, but this is so cheap to make!
