I love 2 scrambled eggs with 2 tsp of Pico de Gallo
Granola with low fat Greek yogurt and a tsp of honey
Oatmeal is healthy. Hard boiled egg. Banana with low sugar peanut butter on it. yogurt with fruit mixed in. Turkey bacon. :>)
And I like egg white egg beaters--- so easy to use and mix up scrambled eggs. good luck
Eating papaya fruit, high in fibre. Shot of strong Turkish coffee. Fresh and energetic for good few hours after :)
