What do you do to get your morning off to a good start nutritionally in the morning?

low carb yogurt, berries, peanut butter toast, morning protein beverage.

Avocados, eggs, fruits, protein packed almond milk

I usually have a hard time eating in the morning, but it's the most important meal of the day. So it usually takes me a while to eat. That being said i love fruit in the morning, i feel like it gives me the energy i need to take on the day. I'm not a coffee drinker
