1 whole wheat baguette, sliced
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1 tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped
2 dill pickles, chopped
6oz smoked salmon, sliced
Mix the sour cream and capers together. Spoon mixture on top of bread sliced and sprinkle with chopped pickles. Arrange smoked salmon on top and sprinkle with pepper if desired.
