So, I did an Insanity work out today. Loved it. It was actually a class at the gym. It's just 45 minutes and you work in 5 minute intervals with a power move at the end. Very heavy on cardio and we did 8 minute abs. You go hard since trying to push yourself so your body adapts. Honestly, it was tiring but I felt FANTASTIC after. :>)
They have it on youtube and video, I'm sure.
Anyone else try this type of work out?
