How can i regain my hearing

I am fallen from 2wheeler. At that time injured my forehead and i am in coma nearly 45 days. i am read that in Doctors Report collected subarachnoid hemorrhage and 2nd one is linear lucent line compressed between mastoid and temporal bone.  Doctor done Decompression surgery for that. but i can't able to hearing. so please tell me any surgery or any newly launched treatment to my hearing problem.

Head trauma can cause hearing loss from damage to either the middle ear bones, eardrum, or to the cochlea in the inner ear.

Yes I do agree with that. We need to undergo several tests before we can find out if you are going to need hearing aids. I hope you will be feeling fine soon. But just an additional question, why does trauma affects our hearing senses?

Sorry to hear of your accident. It's important to have a hearing test to measure the extent of the hearing loss that was caused by the trauma. The audiologist can determine if you are a candidate for hearing aids. Otherwise, a neuro-otologist can discuss alternate surgical treatments. There are numerous available options nowadays based on the type and severity of hearing loss.
