Is there any chances that I am losing my hearing ability?

I am a newbie in this forum and I saw lot of people asking their questions here. I had a doubt and I hope you people can get me a solution. I’m fervent about music and most weekends me and my friends will go to concerts, two days before after coming from a concert I felt a ringing and a buzzing sound in my ears. I checked online solution for this and found in a blog ( http://www.hearingsolutions.ca/blog/loud-summer-sounds-can- affect-your-hearing ), loud noise sometimes causes tinnitus and hearing loss. Still now, I don't have any hearing loss but I am worried now. Is there any chances that I am losing my hearing ability?  Can anyone help me to find a solution.
