Tinnitus and noise environment

I do not know why my tinnitus intensifies in noisy environment or loud noise. Since my left ear is declared totally deaf, what can be the possible causes for the responses to external sound? Will the noisy sound come right through the conduction of the skull or the right ear?

A totally blank audio gram probably means lazy clinician

NR* means No Response and it should be indicated on the audiogram.

If you do hear the sound of water flowing in the "deaf" ear, it does not mean you are hearing fluid movement.

You need to focus your research on Tinnitus

The audiogram of my left ear is blank and shows no response in my left ear. Does it mean it is totally deaf? Hope you can give some comments to my problems.
I sometimes hear water flowing in my left ear. Does it mean there is real fluid movement inside the ear?

You have yet to post your audiogram test results. Totally deaf means nothing....

Numbers and facts would be helpful in order to formulate any comment with substance.
