Why can’t I recognize how loud I’m talking.

I have a low frequency sensorineural hearing loss and I’m using hearing aid for last two and half years. I was always been told that I’m talking very loud. But, seriously, I’m not aware of it. Six months before, my hearing aids were adjusted ( Hearing solutions in Toronto ) and I wasn’t talking loud anymore. But, two days before, my friend told me that  again I started talking too loud. Why can’t I recognize how loud I’m talking. Do I need to readjust my hearing aid?
I need your suggestions. Please help me.
