ear rattling

When exposed to loud noises, but sometimes not so loud like at night my own voice, my left ear will make a rattling vibrating noise. I think it has to do with muscles tightening i read that somewhere. I also have tmj on that side and some tinnitus that side. Its not bad normally but I'm a musician and the rattling is the worse if i am singing with loud noises going on. Is there any cure for this?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
With the symptoms you describe and due to the fact that you have high risk due to exposure to loud noise I recommend medical attention.  Please consult with an ENT specialist and consider if you should be using ear protection as well as some type of TMJ treatment.
