Yes just a first appointment with your Doctor after a few weeks and that's it. I would prefer my appointment to be after say 6 weeks because if a stent is going to block, it will generally be within the first few days/weeks. Unfortunately the monitor is 'you'. They rely on symptoms to point them towards problems.
I reply to bump up the post to see if a second pass will get some help. From my reading experience, I do not have a stent, I think they are not monitored beyond regular checkup... I'd think it reasonable to have at least an annual check with your Cardiologist, that would likely include an EKG.
In general, I think it valuable for a person with heart issues to know what the signs of a heart attack are...saying means I should to, but have only a few of the symptoms in mind. As far as risk factors go, I at high risk.
