T abnormality in anterior leads

what is T abnormality of the anterior leads? what causes it?what the treatment/ does it have cure? wtat the food to avoid, and what foods should be eaten?

Abnormal T-waves can be seen in healthy individuals and even athletes. They can also indicate a problem in the heart, which is quite a list. It is up to the cardiologist to match the t-wave abnormality with the rest of the EKG and tun additional tests if he/she feels there is an underlying problem. The T-wave is when the ventricles (large heart chambers) relax after a beat.
