Hi there. Its something that needs evaluation.

In the short term the numbers are not too bad, a bit on the high side, coming in to the range of needing some medication if they stay at this level.

However you need to find your average BP over 24 hours. This is called an ABPM 24 hour test. Its a little bit uncomfortable/ annoying, it costs little, but it will give your doctor a full clear picture of how your BP averages out. Request the test with your doctor. Its the gold standard BP test to evaluate things.
You should probably get a set of bloods done also, to check blood sugars, Potassium levels, Aldosterone levels etc

Then you can get it sorted easily if meds are needed and you will be able to move forward with confidence

If this bp of 152/86 is temporary, there is no problem.
If you constantly have these elevated values, you need to lower it, because it might harm you in the long run.

What counts is your average bp, not one isolated high measurement.
So, to get a good idea of what your bp is, you need to measure is several times throughout a few days.
