Chest pain for 8 months, migraines with aura and pulsatile tinnitus

I have been having chest pain for about 8 months.  This pain can start in centre chest and send pain to either side and to my back... it's very diffuse.  It happens on a mostly daily basis and can last a few hours or all day long.  I took a ppi for 7 months with no relief.  I also did a trial of anxiety meds which did nothing.  I've had multiple ecgs as well as a stress test and a nuclear stress test, and an echo and all are normal.  I've also experienced pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear every night for about a year.  I also suffer from debilitating migraineswith aura and stroke like symptoms and have for a few years.... I take amitryptilline for them.  Lately I've got to wondering if all this could be connected.... possible pfo?  I don't know if I'm crazy or what, and all doctors now look at me like I'm crazy but I know something is wrong. It is not normal for a healthy 34 year old woman to feel this way and I can't stand much more of it.  Any ideas?

It almost sounds like lyme disease.  Since your heart tests all came back normal I don't think this is the right forum.  Sorry I couldn't be more help.  If your not feeling well keep after the doctors because something is obviously wrong.  You need to be your own advocate and, as frustrating as it is, keep researching.
