18 year old with arm and chest pain?

So about 2-3 weeks ago I started having sharp chest pains which I didn't think much of since I have severe anemia (which is controlled now) and have experienced this before but I had this weird arm pain that comes and goes and is hard to describe, it almost feels like a dull ache/squeeze, it started in my wrist and sometimes it would be in my forearm and sometimes my upper arm, but mostly my forearm. the chest pains have mostly subsided, still have one here and there but now for the past week I've been experiencing the same arm pain, almost every day, it started in my right arm for a little bit, but it's mainly just the left arm. It's not affected by exercise or anything, i think it usually comes on when I'm anxious (I have GAD) but I don't know and I'm scared that I have a heart problem or that I'm gonna have a heart attack can someone tell me what this could possibly be?
