83 man had a bypass surgeric this week and is in coma after a stroke.

A person had a heart bypass surgery four days ago. He had a stroke and is in coma all that
four days. the stroke affect the left size of her brain and there two small spots in the back of the brain.
What whe can expect from him? How many days he can be in coma? Desesperate.

Sorry to hear about the stroke, and the problems associated with brain's left side.  The left side brain stroke will effect the right side producing some or all of the following:

Paralysis on the right side of the body,
Speech/language problems    
Slow, cautious behavioral style    
Memory loss.  

The coma can last a long time.  There is no way to predict

Worst case scenario.
