Heart palipatations and discomfort in the chest...

Hello, I am 56 yrs old (female)  about 5 yrs ago I started getting heart palipations. Ive had at least 3 or 4 holter monitor tests over the years and they are always normal. About 3 yrs ago... I was feeling so sick I my husband took me to emergency. They did some blood work and sent me to a cardiologist who did a stress test, another holter monitor test and also a heart ultrasound, everything wwas normal.  I have a new family dr that has been my dr for about 4 years or so... he is elderly and has attributed this to anxiety.... so over the last 3 years he has given me altenol, Ativan, antidepressants, and just keeps medicating me.  My blood pressure is usually on the low side and the heart rate is about 65 to 88 beats. I am feeling more sick each month and everytime I ask tfor a referral to see a cardiologist again he just keeps shrugging me off.  I am feeling so very sick, sometimes I feel like I'm going to black out.  I  also feel the heart pounding even at times as soon as I get up  in the morning. I found a different  dr I used to see before this dr... but she only practices one day a week (for only 4 hours in that one day). I trust her and went to see her... she ordered some blood work and the lab also did a test where they put these electrical nodes on you for about 3 to 5 minutes (ECG).  I received a call today that this she wants to see me because my blood work showed that my potassium is on the high side.  They did not indicate how high it was, and I won't be able to see her until Thursday. I do not eat foods with potassium, so not even sure how I have high potassium levels.   I am feeling so sick an am so very worried.  I am a breast cancer survivor now (8 years) and have had my bout with my health as it is.  Can anyone provide me with any advice? If there is medication to alleviate the potassium level and....if so will I feel normal again? Or is there a possibility that my heart is damaged? Thank you all in advance for whatever advice you can provide. God bless!  Tina
