Abnormal ECG

Just had a ECG and it says there is left atrial abnormality and left axis deviation RBBB with left anterior fascicular block possible left ventricular hypertrophy

It's natural to be concerned about an "abnormal" EKG.  The best plan is to discuss the significance of your EKG findings with your doctor and determining whether you need further evaluation.

In the absence of a complete history and physical exam and actual review of an EKG tracing, it's impossible to make a meaningful evaluation based exclusively on what is probably the machine interpretation of your EKG.
