Like Ed says, it means you may have had a heart attck.  What plans did your doctor make for you? Were you started on any meds or were any further tests scheduled?

An area of heart muscle at the front of the heart which has died due to heart attack. If this conclusion even though illusive, came from an echo scan, then I think it will require further testing to check it. Many times this conclusion is wrong from an echo.
