An EF of 36% is of how much of risk to stay at home?

I had an eco a few days ago with EF 36% which increased by 6%from previous eco 2 weeks prior to this one. I have been residing at home with medication prescribed by the doctors and waiting for a date for an Angiogram. What amount of risk I am right now being at home?

What's relevant is your health, symptoms etc, not the EF so much. Someone can feel awful with an EF of 30% while others can feel normal. If the Cardiologists felt you are high enough risk to require constant supervision, you would be hospitalised. The fact that your EF improved is a good sign.

I would agree with vienna13, an EF of 36% simply means your heart isn't working as efficient as it should be.  What is the cause of your lowered EF?
When my EF was mid 20's  I was still walking for exercise and doing low-impact weight excercises, but we all have different reasons for a lowered EF factor.  It can, as you have already seen, change.  Often the change is simply a different person reading the results differently.  Also, with drug treatment, exercise, surgery and dietary changes, the EF can raise.  In my case, I went from the 20's to the mid-40's.  Those of us with heart problems are lucky compared to those with other organ problems, hearts can be repaired and re-built!
The Angiogram is a very good test to see if you have Cardiac Artery Disease.  Keep us informed.

What kind of risk you mean? You won’t die from that EF . You don’t need hospitalization with that.
