Aortic stenosis

Just recvd doppler echo test results but confused by meaning and my regular doctor scared me more than educated me.  Report shows mild to moderate aortic stenosis.  What do the following measurements indicate and/or what are normal readings?  I'm a 61 yr old male with regular bp of 118/78, heart rate 61, physically active, no pains:

MV E max vel 105.7cm/sec, MV A max vel 61.1 cm/s.ec, MV EA 1.7, Ao V2 Max 251.0cm/sec, Ao max PG 25.2mmHg,
Ao mean PG 12.8 mmHg, Ao V2 VTI 58.6cm, VTI ratio .27, AVA (I,D) .91cm2, AVA(V,D) 1.3cm2, IVSd 1.4cm, LVPWd 1.0cm, RVDd 2.2cm, LVIDd 4.7cm, LVIDs 3.1cm, FS 34.6%, Ao root daim 2.6cm, LVOT diam 2.0cm, LA dimension 3.5cm, LV V1 max, 97.4cm/sec. LV V1 max PG 3.8mmHg, LV V1 VTI 16.1cm, PA V2 max 167.7 cm/sec, PA max PG 11.3mmHG, Ejection fraction is 55-60%, IVC collapse at least 50% or more and is normal in size.
Test shows mild to moderate aortic stenosis and mild left vent hypertrophy.  Aortic valve is calcified.  All other valves normal or trace to mild.  Should I make out a will, prepare for surgery, or have a glass of wine and rest?  Please give me a clue as to what all this really means.

Calcification of the aortic valve appears to have narrowed the valve opening.  This condition causes the left ventricle to enlarge.  The risk of an enlarged left ventricle is the loss of the ability to contract effectively and cardiac output is reduced.  Normal output of the LV is 55-75% of the blood received from the lungs.  You have a normally functioning LV.  Tracer and mild valve leakage is considered medically insignificant, and almost never progresses or present a problem.

Moderate to severe stenosis of the aortic valve may indicate time to repair, etc.  Mild to moderate requires watching and probably doesn't require any intervention at the present time.
