Bypass severe fatigue

My father had very unexpected bypass surgery in Nov.  He had 7 bypasses and was told he had an aneurysm but it could not be operated on.  He was released from the hospital and told one of his lungs was not inflated all the way.  The next day he was taken back to the hospital by ambulance with a BP of 60/38 and a hemoglobin of 7.  He stayed another 6 days.  H has been recovering at home but has been complaining of severe fatigue and weakness.  He has been doing the rehab and seems to be OK with it.  He has had many stomach aliments that actually started before the heart surgery and just today he fiound out his gallbladder needs to be removed.  He had prostate cancer about 8 years ago.  My questions is, should he still be having such debilitating fatigue?  We thought it was from the stomach problems but they told him his gallbladder problems would not cause fatigue.  His hemoglobin is up to 12.  He was extremely active prior to surgery, golfing, walking, biking, you name it.  He is 82.  He feels the fatique is hindering his recovery. I am also concerned about him having another surgery so soon.  He has not yet consulted with his cardio doc about the GB surgery since he just found out today.

Hello!
No he has not had previous heart attacks.  I know they did adjust his medicines after the surgery thinking it was keping his BP too low.  Now they say everything is OK but he can hardly go all day.  They had him wear a monitor for 24 hours and said it showed some "gltiches" but they just told him to take fish oil.  I guess maybe it is just going to take time but I have never seen him this fatigued and I worry he will not be ready for gallbladder surgery.  They said he would be back on the golf course by spring but at this rate, I would be very surprised.

His fatigue could be due to heart medication especially if he has been put on new heart medication.  The body takes some time to adjust and ace inhibitors and beta blockers can make a person feel very tired.  Does he have heart damage from prior heart attacks?  If so, this can add to the fatigue.
