CABG/IHD

I had undergone CABG in AUG 2000. I am under medication since then like DILZEM SR/ IMDURE30/ CLAVIX 150 for the heart ailment. BP 130/70, Non diabatic as of now. Age 62. The latest ECHO result is as follows:
POST OP CABG STAUS/IHD,
RWMA+ ( DISTAL SEPTUM, LV APEX-HYPO KINETIC.BASAL INFERIOR-AKINETIC)
ADEQUATE LV SYPTOLIC FUNCTION, NO PAH/CLOT/EFFUSION
I could not get required clarification from the medical attendant. I am experiencing tightness in chest/heaviness and occasional pain. The medical attendant says it is not related to cardiac as per explanation given to him. However he recommends to undergo stress TMT for further  examination. The same medication is continued. The symptoms explained above are tightness /heaviness in left chest area either full or partial, varying intensity, not of contionuous nature. I can walk about 2 Km with such symptom existing.
Kindly explain what the diagnosis means and the intensity of the disease.
Thank you.

The echo test indicates your heart is pumping normally (adequate LV function) no pulmonary hypertensions or clots.

RWMA indicates septum wall (wall that divides heart chambers)  movement impairment
(hypokinetic) location basal inferior.  May be medically insignificant as the heart is pumping normally.

A treadmill test is recommended for further evaluation.
