CABG with Diffuse Viens

Hi

My mother is 58. She is diabetic. We had her Angiography done last month. The cardiologist said she has Double Vessel Coronary Artery Diseases (DVCAD). Her Angiography report is as follows.
---------
LMS: Normal
LAD: Diffuse critical disease throughout the vessel
LCx Totaly occluded from origin, cross filled from right
RCA: Dominant and Normal
LV Angio: Good LV function
Diagnosis: DVCAD with good LV function
Advice: Cardiac Surgeon opinion for Bypass surgery
-------------
I also met with a cardiac surgeon. He said that veins are diffused and he estimated the risk to 6% in bypass (for normal he says the risk is 3%).  My mother does not have any symptoms of chest pain except she might get high breathing after lunch for a short time once in a month or couple of month.

Now I don't know, What should I do? Should I go for bypass or not? Please help
