Please advise for my sister, she is 47 years old, short 147 cm height and heavy 65 kg.
She recently started feeling chest pain and feel short breathlessness after 100 mtr walk. We did Angiography.
Please suggest is there anything Serious?

INDICATION FOR CATHETERIZATION: Evaluation of Coronary Anatomy.
HAEMODYNAMICS: AO - 110/60 mean 80 mmHG
CATHETERS USED: 5F TIG
ACCESS: Right Radial Artery
LMCA : Normal
LAD : Type III; Small calcific vessel; mid 90% Distal diffuse disease; S5 diffuse disease.
LCX : Non Dominant; Proximal 30% plaque; Distal 70% disease.
RCA : Dominant; Small calcific vessel; proximal 40%; mid 90% followed by stenosis; Right PDA Normal.
IMPRESSION : CAD - Triple Vessel Disease
RECOMMENDATION : CABG
